Subject: excellent show, in excellent quality
Southern Culture on the Skids do some great rock-a-billy/surf/psychobilly music, and what better way to experience their unique perspective on things than through a live performance.

They're tight throughout. You might ask yourself exactly how so much sound can come out of just three folks - - but the question will be quickly interrupted by the sometimes countrified - sometimes plugged-in-punk swagger of this set. Songs range from many of their releases - "Liquored Up & Lacquered Down," "Dirt Track Date," "Too Much Pork for One Fork," and more. A great live 'retrospective,' if nothing else!

listener's notes:
Track 08 is actually "White Trash." "Meximelt" contains elements of "Miserlou" by Dick Dale. 28 is actually "Come As You Are," an instrumental take on the Nirvana single.
